KU Libraries cordially invite you to attend the Library Portal and OneSearch workshop.

 

Take this workshop and learn about the features and contents  of recently implemented Library Portal (http://library.kustar.ac.ae/) which includes all-in-one Discovery Servie (OneSearch), browsing of e-resources, library catalog , institutional repository and various library systems and services. Workshop will demonstrate the features of OneSearch and its search strategies, which enables you to to search effectively for information of interest to you  in a single step.

An experienced Librarian, who has spent most of her professional career working in lead roles within academic institutes. Prior joining Khalifa University, she worked at Masdar Institue, Zayed University and Higher Colleges of Technology Dubai Women’s.

She graduated from American University in the Emirates, Dubai with Master Degree in Library and Information Sciences (MLIS).
