  • Troubleshooting E-Resources Techniques (30 minutes)

Participants will learn practical tips and strategies for overcoming common challenges when accessing Library e-Resources, including issues related to browsers, networks, log-in, full-text access, vendor restrictions, etc.

  • KU Institutional Repository – Khazna (30 minutes)

Participants will learn how to access the Khazna portal, which highlights Khalifa University's academic and research contributions. The portal provides comprehensive information, including researcher biographies, research projects, graduate theses, course offerings, published work citations, and details on collaborations between Khalifa University and other universities around the world.

An experienced Librarian, who has spent most of her professional career working in lead roles within academic institutes. Prior joining Khalifa University, she worked at Masdar Institue, Zayed University and Higher Colleges of Technology Dubai Women’s.

She graduated from American University in the Emirates, Dubai with Master Degree in Library and Information Sciences (MLIS).
